The South West Sydney Alliance (SWSA) is seeking a $5 million commitment from the Federal Government and Opposition to fund a detailed business case for a new Federal Circuit and Family Court, alongside upgraded State Courts and university teaching spaces to serve a region that will have over 1 million people within the next 10 to 15 years.

This business case process would allow all levels of government, along with universities, private partners and the community, to come together and and determine the designs for this urgently needed infrastructure.

This project would help ensure fairer and more equitable access to the justice system for the region’s growing population. It will not only enhance access to legal services but also act as a catalyst for urban renewal and economic investment in the Campbelltown CBD.
